摘  要:某铝业地处山西吕梁兴县的高寒地区,其自备热电站的锅炉建设、打压试车正好处于冬季,为保证打压后的锅炉受热面管束不受冻,参照系统规范要求需要重新建设热源锅炉,费用很大。经过多方咨询,结合防冻液的特性,通过防冻液对锅炉管束材质的安全性能潜在危险性能试验,决定对锅炉受热面的管束进行防冻液保护。A certain aluminum industry is located in the high cold area of Xingxian County,Lvliang,Shanxi Province-The boiler construction and pres sure test run of its captive thermal power station are just in winter.In order to ensure that the tube bundle on heating side of the boiler after pressuring is not frozen,it needs to rebuild the heat source boiler according to the system specification,which costs a lot.After consulting with many parties and combi ning with the characteristics of antifreeze,through the potential dangerous performance experiment of antifreeze on the material safety of boiler tube bun dle,it is decided to protect the tube bundle.
