摘 要:结温是高压大功率电力电子器件健康管理、寿命预测和可靠性评估的基础,通过对结温的在线测量,可以做到实时过热保护和状态监测,在提高可靠性的基础上还可以尽可能地挖掘其应用潜能。介绍不同结温在线测量方法,着重关注其在线应用实现方法,并从影响参量、老化影响、一致性、线性度、灵敏度、响应速度、实现难度和结温意义8个指标详细总结和对比了这些测量方法,建立了一套综合评价体系。特别介绍了结温意义的指标,不同的结温测量方法所代表的结温意义不同,导致其测量结果不同,在应用时要严格遵守结温意义,结温测量技术需要与结温应用需求相结合。Junction temperature is the basis of health management,life prediction and reliability assessment for high-voltage power electronics.Real-time over-temperature protection and condition monitoring can be achieved by online junction temperature measurement.It can not only improve reliability,but also maximize its application potential as much as possible.This paper systematically reviewed different online junction temperature measurement methods,focusing on its implementation methods,and comparisons these measurement methods from eight criteria which are dependent parameters,aging effect,consistency,linearity,sensitivity,responding speed,implementation difficulty and junction temperature physical meaning.Then a comprehensive evaluation system was established.In particular,junction temperature physical meaning was introduced in detail.Different junction temperature measurement methods represent different junction temperature,which result in different measurement results.So the junction temperature physical meaning must be considered when applying junction temperature into application and the junction temperature measurement technology needs to be combined with the junction temperature application requirements.
