摘 要:文中提出一种四绕组感应滤波变压器及滤波系统用于提高网侧的供电质量。其实质是基于感应滤波原理的等值零阻阻抗设计一个内含滤波绕组的四绕组感应滤波变压器,通过调整变压器绕组结构布置来实现,同时该滤波绕组外接无源滤波装置构成滤波系统,两者协同实施谐波抑制和无功补偿。依据感应滤波原理构建四绕组感应滤波变压器各绕组的端口模型,建立该变压器各绕组的端口理论方程,推导出在基波与谐波工况时的数学表达式,揭示四绕组感应滤波变压器的运行特性及感应滤波机理。在实验室环境下搭建一个小型的原理样机实验平台,仿真与实验结果表明:1)在基波下,四绕组感应滤波变压器的运行功能类似于三绕组变压器;2)在谐波下,通过四绕组感应滤波变压器的滤波系统能屏蔽负荷侧的主要特征次谐波电流而无法感应到网侧,改善网侧的供电质量,提高网侧的供电效率。A four-winding inductive filtering transformer(FW-IFT)and filtering system were proposed to improve the supply quality at the grid side.The essence of this scheme was the design of FW-IFT with zero equivalent impedance filtering winding on the basis of inductive filtering principle,which was achieved by adjusting the arrangement of transformer windings.Meanwhile,a filtering system formed by the filtering windings and extra tuned passive filter could be used to eliminate harmonics and compensate reactive power.According to the inductive filtering principle,the port model of FW-IFT windings was constructed,the theoretical port equation of FW-IFT was established,the mathematical expressions of FW-IFT at the fundamental and harmonic frequencies were derived,and the operating characteristics and inductive filtering mechanism of FW-IFT were revealed.In the laboratory,a small prototype for experiment was set up.The simulation and experimental results show that:1)The operating function of FW-IFT is similar to that of three-winding power transformer at the fundamental frequency;2)The filtering system can block the characterized harmonic currents of loads from flowing into the grid side,and improve the quality and efficiency of grid-side power supply.
