摘 要:实现对核电无刷励磁机内部故障的保护对保障核电系统的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。为研究核电多相角形无刷励磁机定子励磁绕组匝间短路故障的特征,以一般m相P对极的无刷励磁机为研究对象,从故障时定、转子绕组产生的磁场及其相互感应作用入手,理论分析定、转子电流的稳态故障特征。对某11相角形实验样机进行负载工况下的定子绕组匝间短路实验,对定、转子电流稳态实验波形进行傅里叶分析。理论分析及实验结果均表明:故障后励磁电流中出现了m/P倍的特征谐波,电枢电流中出现分数次及偶数次特征谐波。文中所提出的励磁绕组匝间短路的分析方法及结论可应用于不同相数的多相角形无刷励磁机上,其特有的故障特征为定子匝间短路故障保护的研究提供了依据。It is of great significance to realize the protection of internal fault of nuclear power brushless exciter for ensuring the safe and stable operation of nuclear power system.In order to study the characteristics of stator field winding inter-turn short circuits fault of multi-phase angular brushless exciter in nuclear power plant,the characteristics of steady-state fault of stator and rotor currents were theoretically analyzed based on the magnetic field produced by stator and rotor windings and their mutual induction when the fault occurs,taking the general m-phase P-pair-pole brushless exciter as the research object.The stator winding inter-turn short circuit experiments of an 11-phase angular model machine were carried out under load condition.The steady-state experimental waveforms of stator and rotor currents are analyzed by Fourier analysis.Both theoretical analysis and experimental results show that m/P times harmonics appear in excitation current while fractional and even times harmonics appear in armature current after fault.The analysis method and conclusion of inter-turn short circuit of excitation winding presented in this paper can be applied to multi-phase angular brushless exciter with different numbers of phases,and its unique fault characteristics provide a basis for the study of stator inter turn short circuit fault protection.
