摘 要:以激光图像粒度粒形分析系统及粉体综合特性测试仪为测试工具,以Carr指数法作为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)高胶粉粉体流动性评价方法,考察了ABS高胶粉粒度及粒度分布、圆形度、含水量、加入润滑剂等因素对粉体流动性能的影响,同时探讨了ABS高胶粉粉体在实际生产中流动性能相关注意事项,为ABS高胶粉流动性提供一种表征评价手段,对生产实践具有一定指导作用。Using laser image particle size analysis system and powder comprehensive characteristics tester as testing tools and Carr index method as evaluation method of ABS high rubber powder fluidity,the effects of factors such as particle size and particle size distribution,roundness,water content and lubricant addition on powder fluidity were investigated.The matters needing attention in the actual production of ABS high rubber powder fluidity were discussed,which provided a characterization and evaluation method for the research and development of ABS high rubber powder performance,and also played a guiding role in the production practice.
