摘  要:以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和NaOH为原料通过沉淀法制备了一系列Ce掺杂氧化锌(ZnO)材料,研究了Ce掺杂量、煅烧温度和煅烧时间对ZnO发光性能的影响。并用X射线衍射仪和荧光分光光度计对ZnO材料进行表征。结果表明:ZnO与Ce掺杂ZnO的结晶度均较高,Ce的掺杂没有改变ZnO的晶体结构。在煅烧温度为500℃,煅烧时间为2h,Ce掺杂量(摩尔分数)为2%时ZnO的发光性能最佳。Ce掺杂ZnO材料被波长为350nm的光有效激发,在波长为510nm附近的绿光处出现最强发射峰。A series of Ce doped zinc oxide(ZnO)materials were prepared by precipitation method using Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,Zn(NO3)2·6H2O and NaOH as raw materials.The effects of doping amount of Ce,calcining temperature and calcining time on the luminescence properties of ZnO were studied.The ZnO was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and luminescence spectra.The results showed that the crystallinity of the ZnO and Ce doped ZnO were all high,and the Ce doping did not change the structure of the ZnO.The optimum process parameters as the calcination temperature at 500℃,the 2 hours calcination time and 2mol%Ce3+doping concentrations can respectively increase the photoluminescence of these ZnO phosphors.The Ce doped ZnO material can be effectively excited by UV radiation at 350nm.The strongest green emission peak appeared at 510nm.
