摘 要:针对国内碳纤维生产企业聚丙烯腈废丝问题进行高端循环再利用。采用紫外-可见分光光度计和旋转流变仪研究了二甲基亚砜/水混合溶剂对聚丙烯腈溶解能力和溶液流变性的影响,采用称重法研究了处理温度和时间对聚丙烯腈废丝脱水性能的影响,并利用废丝经溶解制备纺丝液、原丝和碳纤维。结果表明:水的存在影响了二甲基亚砜对聚丙烯腈的溶解能力,使聚丙烯腈溶液缠结增大,聚丙烯腈溶液的复数黏度、储能模量和损耗模量增加,聚丙烯腈纺丝液稳定性降低;提高处理温度和延长处理时间有利于聚丙烯腈废丝中水分的脱除,完全脱除水分的聚丙烯腈废丝经溶解、纺丝、预氧化和碳化,可以制备近似圆形、表面具有沟槽的T300级别聚丙烯腈碳纤维,碳纤维原丝生产线的废物得到绿色、高端化再利用。Aiming at the problem of waste polyacrylonitrile fiber in domestic carbon fiber manufacturing enterprises,it was to be high-end recycled and reused. The effects of dimethyl sulfoxide/water mixed solvent on the solubility and rheological properties of polyacrylonitrile were studied by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and rotary rheometer. The effects of treatment temperature and time on the dehydration of polyacrylonitrile waste fiber were studied by weighing method. The spinning solution,precursor and carbon fibers were prepared by dissolving waste fiber. The results shown that the presence of water affected the solubility of polyacrylonitrile,increased the entanglement of polyacrylonitrile solution,increased the complex viscosity,storage modulus and loss modulus of polyacrylonitrile solution,and decreased the stability of polyacrylonitrile spinning solution. Increasing temperature and prolonging treatment time were conducive to the removal of water from waste polyacrylonitrile fiber. T300 grade polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers with grooves on the surface can be prepared by dissolving,spinning,pre-oxidation and carbonization by the complete removal of water from waste polyacrylonitrile fiber. Waste from carbon fiber precursor production line can be reused with green and high-end.
