摘 要:影响稀土钐(Sm)掺杂TiO2光催化剂(Sm-TiO2)活性的主要因素有Sm掺量、热处理时间和热处理温度。在超声辅助溶胶-凝胶法下设计正交试验探索3个因素对Sm-TiO2催化性能的影响,并将碳氢化合物(HC)降解效率最高的Sm-TiO2应用于雾封层材料降解汽车尾气,采用路面抗滑和渗水试验评价Sm-TiO2型雾封层材料的可用性,采用湿轮磨耗实验评价其耐用性。结果表明:在20min内,0.3g纯Sm-TiO2的HC降解率为75.97%,应用于雾封层时0.118kg/m2涂布量的Sm-TiO2降解率为32%;Sm-TiO2的加入能提高雾封层路面的抗渗性能,因此Sm-TiO2不仅可作为光催化材料缓解环境问题,也可作为提高雾封层渗水性能的一种外掺剂;Sm-TiO2型雾封层材料磨耗后依然具有一定的光催化活性。The main factors affecting the preparation of samarium(Sm)modified titanium dioxide(Sm-TiO2)photocatalyst were Sm content,heat treatment time and temperature.An orthogonal experiment was designed under ultrasonic assisted sol-gel method to explore the influence of three factors on the catalytic performance of Sm-TiO2.The results showed that the HC degradation rate of 0.3g pure Sm-TiO2 was 75.97% in 20 minutes,and Sm-TiO2degradation rate of 0.118kg/m^2 coating was 32% when was applied to fog seal.The usability of Sm-TiO2 fog seal material was evaluated by pavement anti-skid and seepage experiments.The results showed that the addition of Sm-TiO2 improved the water permeability of fog seal pavement.It showed that Sm-TiO2 can not only be used as photocatalytic material to alleviate environmental problems,but also as an external admixture to improve the water permeability of fog seal.The wear resistance of Sm-TiO2 fog seal material was evaluated by wet wheel wear test,and it showed that photocatalytic fog seal material had a certain photocatalytic activity.
