摘　　要：地方性是公共图书馆灰色文献资源主要特点之一,目前公共图书馆地方性灰色文献资源建设与利用普遍存在版权制度和缴送制度不完善、管理模式和标准规范不健全、专业人员缺乏等问题,应从寻求政策支持、加强对外合作、利用总分馆平台、合理开发利用等方面加强公共图书馆灰色文献资源建设。Locality is one of the main characteristics of gray literature resources in public libraries.At present,there are many problems in the construction and utilization of local gray literature resources in public libraries,such as the imperfection of copyright system and delivery system,the unsound management mode and standard,and the lack of professionals.We should seek policy support,enhance foreign cooperation,make use of the platform of general and branch libraries,and make rational development and utilization to strengthen the construction of grey literature resources in public libraries.
