摘　　要：RDA作为"资源描述与检索"的国际编目规则已问世9年,本文从其优越性、国内外研究与应用状况以及我国当前的现代化、国际化发展的大好时机等方面分析论证了RDA在我国全面实施的必要性和可能性。鉴于RDA在某些方面的不足和仍处于不断完善的动态形式,再加上我国编目历史的复杂性,可以预见我国的RDA之路将会是一场持久而充满挑战的历程。为加快我国资源目录数据的全面RDA化,本文从实际出发,提出了我国实施RDA规则的一些策略和建议,以期为我国编目工作的转型与创新发展提供参考。RDA as a national cataloging rule for resource description and Access has been in existence for nearly nine years.This paper analyzes RDA in its superiority,the status of research and application at home and abroad,and the current opportunities of modernization and internationalization in China,and demonstrates that it is very necessary and completely possible to implement RDA in China.At the same time,in view of the inadequacies of RDA and the dynamic process of continuous improvement,coupled with the complexity of Chinese cataloging history,it is foreseeable that the application of RDA in China will be a long-lasting and challenging process.In order to speed up the realization of cataloging in RDA,strategies and suggestions for implementing RDA rules in China are put forward in the paper for providing reference for innovation development and transformation of Chinese cataloging work.
