摘  要:提出利用数字剪切散斑干涉技术对复合材料层压板缺陷进行检测,搭建了实验系统和仿真系统,通过与X光探伤技术及超声C扫的检测结果进行了对比,证明了所提出方法有效性;通过对不同曲率层压板的实验结果进行分析,证明了所提出方法的有效性。此外,本文还提出了相对形变相位阈值作为检测缺陷是否有效的判断标准,并根据此标准推测不同温度加载条件下的缺陷检测能力,为数字剪切散斑技术应用于复合材料缺陷检测加载参数设置提供参考。The purpose of this paper is to investigate the detection method of composite laminates by using digital shear speckle interferometry, and to establish an experimental and simulation system to verify the test results. The effectiveness of the detection method is verified by comparing to the X-ray inspection technology and ultrasonic C-scan test results. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by analyzing the testing results of different curvature laminates. In addition, the concept of relative deformation phase threshold is proposed as a criterion for judging whether a defect can be successfully detected. According to this standard, the defect detection capability under different temperature loading conditions can be inferred, therefore to guide the actual loading parameters of the digital shear speckle technique.
