摘　　要：原花青素能够清除体内自由基,具有很强的抗氧化活性,并且能够调节免疫和发挥抗癌作用。因此,其作为一种天然绿色饲料添加剂,能够提高动物生产性能,在畜牧生产中应用越来越广泛。本文对原花青素的生物学特性和在畜牧业生产中应用的研究进行综述,以期为原花青素在畜牧生产中得到更广泛应用提供理论依据。Proanthocyanidins can scavenge free radicals in vivo,have strong anti-oxidant activity,and can regulate immunity and play an anti-cancer role.As a natural green material additive,it can improve animal production performance,and is more and more widely used in animal husbandry production.In this paper,the biological characteristics of proanthocyanidins and recent research on their application in animal husbandry were reviewed,in order to make it more widely used in animal husbandry.
