摘 要:本试验采用活体外人工瘤胃发酵法,研究了添加活性酵母和莫能菌素对蒸汽压片玉米为底物的活体外产气量及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验设3个处理,分别为对照组(CK组)、活性酵母组(LY组;添加3.3×108 cfu/L发酵培养液)和莫能菌素组(MO组;添加3.3 mg/L莫能菌素),每个处理设3个重复。分别在体外模拟瘤胃培养24 h和72 h,测定24 h产气量和发酵液的pH、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)和氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度,以及底物干物质(DM)消化率,并测定72 h产气参数。结果表明:添加活性酵母(LY组)可显著降低蒸汽压片玉米的产气速度(P<0.05),对产气量无显著影响;添加莫能菌素(MO组)可显著提高底物产气速度,显著降低24、72 h产气量及理论最大产气量(P<0.05)。LY和MO对pH、总VFA均无显著影响。LY显著提高了发酵液中NH3-N浓度(P<0.05),对各VFA的摩尔比例无显著影响;MO显著降低发酵液中NH3-N浓度和乙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸、异戊酸的摩尔百分比,提高丙酸摩尔百分比,从而显著降低了乙:丙比(P<0.05);LY和MO对底物DM消化率无显著影响。An in vitro study was conducted to examine the effect of live yeast and monensin supplementation on rumen fermentation parameters with steam-flaked corn as substrates.There were three treatments including control group(CK group),live yeast group(LY group;3.3×108 cfu/L fermentation liquid)and monensin group(MO group;3.3 mg/L fermentation liquid),with 3 replicates for each treatment.The rumen culture was simulated in vitro for 24 h and 72 h respectively.The 24 h gas production,pH,the concentration of volatile fatty acid(VFA),ammoniacal nitrogen(NH3-N),and substrate dry matter(DM)digestibility were measured and also the gas production and gas production parameters for 72 h.The results showed that live yeast significantly decreased(P<0.05)the rate of gas production,and the reverse result was observed by monensin supplemented.Live yeast did not affect the gas production,however monensin significantly decreased 24,72 h total and potential gas production(P<0.05).Live yeast and monensin supplementation had no effect on pH and total VFA.Live yeast supplementation significantly increased(P<0.05)ruminal NH3-N concentration,but had no effect on the molar proportion of VFA。Monensin significantly decreased(P<0.05)the NH3-N concentration and the molar proportion of acetic acid,butyric acid,isobutyric acid,valeric acid and isovaleric acid(P<0.05),increased the molar proportion of propionic acid,therefore decreased(P<0.05)acetate:propionate ratio.There was no effect on DM digestibility of substrate for LY and MO supplementation.
