摘 要:为研究日动态饲喂净能和有效赖氨酸饲粮对生长猪营养消化率及血液指标的影响,试验配制3种净能和有效赖氨酸浓度不同的生长猪饲粮:基础饲粮(净能9.83 MJ/kg、有效赖氨酸0.94%)、高能+高有效赖氨酸饲粮(净能10.25 MJ/kg、有效赖氨酸0.98%)和低能+低有效赖氨酸饲粮(净能9.41 MJ/kg、有效赖氨酸0.90%)。选用体重(40.20±1.51)kg的“长白×大白”生长猪18头,随机分为3个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复1头猪,单栏饲养。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1组在早晨饲喂高能+高有效赖氨酸饲粮、下午饲喂低能+低有效赖氨酸饲粮,试验2组早晨饲喂低能+低有效赖氨酸饲粮、下午饲喂高能+高有效赖氨酸饲粮,试验期为28 d。于试验中期收集猪只粪便测定营养物质表观消化率,试验结束时猪颈静脉采血测定血清生化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1组与试验2组粗蛋白质消化率分别提高8.02%(P<0.05)和4.61%(P<0.05),粗脂肪消化率分别提高4.64%(P<0.05)和3.50%(P<0.05),粗灰分消化率分别提高了16.88%(P<0.05)和4.87%(P>0.05),能量消化率分别降低2.95%(P<0.05)和4.18%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验1组测定的17种氨基酸中除半胱氨酸消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其余氨基酸的消化率均显著提高(P<0.05),试验2组谷氨酸、蛋氨酸、酪氨酸、赖氨酸、脯氨酸较对照组均显著提高(P<0.05);试验1组血清中总蛋白(TP)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、胰高血糖素较对照组有升高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验2组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。综上,与采食相同营养水平的饲粮相比,为生长猪提供养分差异化饲粮,采用早晨饲喂高能+高有效赖氨酸饲粮、下午饲喂低能+低有效赖氨酸饲粮模式,可提高生长猪营养物质表观消化率,对血清脂代谢有积极影响。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dynamic net energy(NE)and SID-Lys levels on nutrient digestibility and biochemistry indexes of growing pigs.Three diets with different NE and SID-Lys levels were formulated:basal diet(NE 9.83 MJ/kg,SID-Lys 0.94%),high NE and high SID-Lys level diet(NE 10.25 MJ/kg,SID-Lys 0.98%),low NE and low SID-Lys level diet(NE 9.41 MJ/kg,SID-Lys 0.90%).18 pigs with similar body weight of(40.20±1.51)kg were assigned into 3 groups randomly,control group was provided the basal diet in all day,group 1 was provided the high NE and high SID-Lys level diet in the morning,and low NE and low SID-Lys level diet in the afternoon,while group 2 was provided low NE and low SID-Lys level diet in the morning,and high NE and high SID-Lys level diet in the afternoon.The experiment lasted for 28 days,the pigs were fed in 5:30 and 16:30.Manure samples of pigs selected from each group were obtained on midterm day to examine the nutrient digestibility,blood samples of 6 pigs selected from each group were obtained on day 28 to examine the serum biochemical indices.The results showed that compared with the control group,crude protein(CP)digestion rate increased 8.02%and 4.61%(P<0.05),crned fat(CF)digestion rate increased 4.64%(P<0.05)and 3.50%(P<0.05),ash digestion rate increased 16.88%(P<0.05)and 4.87%(P>0.05),energy digestion rate decreased 2.95%and 4.18%(P<0.05)respectively in group 1 and group 2,all of the amino acid digestion rate increased excepted Cys,the group 1 increased significantly(P<0.05);The level of total protein(TP),LDH,total cholesterol(CHOL),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triiodothyronice(T3),glu in serum of group 1 had an increasing trend(P>0.05),the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in serum of group 2 was highly increased(P<0.05)compared with the control group.All the findings suggested that the high NE and high SID-Lys level diet in the morning,and low NE low SID-Lys level diet in the afternoon could improve growth performance and nutrient dig
