摘 要:为优化柚子皮基活性炭对水溶液中Cu(Ⅱ)去除条件及探究其吸附机制,采用SEM、XRD、FI-IR、N 2吸附及热重分析对合成的柚子皮基活性炭进行表征,利用响应面优化柚子皮基活性炭优化吸附Cu(Ⅱ)条件,并采用动力学及等温吸附研究柚子皮基活性炭吸附Cu(Ⅱ)机制。结果显示,柚子皮基活性炭经MgCl 2活化后,孔空隙结构变得更加发达、体积和表面粗糙度明显增加。合成的活性炭材料中有大量乱层状石墨微晶、类石墨微晶结构,以及大量-OH、-C=C及-C-H等基团,吸附平均孔径4.165 nm,比表面积3.207 m^2/g。响应面优化后,柚子皮基活性炭吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的最佳工艺条件为:温度20.04℃、初始pH=9、反应时间40 min、初始Cu(Ⅱ)浓度60 mg/L,预测去除率为84.99%,实际去除率为84.14%。影响柚子皮基活性炭吸附Cu(Ⅱ)条件大小排序为:初始pH>温度>初始Cu(Ⅱ)浓度>反应时间。柚子皮基活性炭吸附Cu(Ⅱ)符合准二级动力学及Langmuir等温吸附模型。In order to study the optimization of Cu(Ⅱ)adsorption conditions with pomelo peel-based activated carbon and its adsorption mechanism,synthesized pomelo peel-based activated carbon was characterized by SEM,XRD,FI-IR,N 2 adsorption and thermogravimetric analysis.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the adsorption conditions of Cu(Ⅱ),and adsorption mechanism was investigated by kinetics and adsorption isotherm.The results show that pore volume,pore structure and surface roughness of pomelo peel-based activated carbon rise significantly after MgCl 2 activation.Large number of disordered layered graphite microcrystals and graphite-like microcrystals exist in synthesized activated carbon materials.Synthesized pomelo peel-based activated carbon contains a large number of-OH,-C=C and-C-H groups.The average pore size and specific surface area of pomelo peel-based activated carbon are 4.165 nm and 3.207 m^2/g respectively.After optimization of response surface methodology,the optimum process conditions for adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)by pomelo peel-based activated carbon include temperature of 20.04℃,initial pH value of 9,reaction time of 40 min,and initial concentration of Cu(Ⅱ)of 60 mg/L.The predicted removal efficiency is 84.99%,and the actual removal efficiency is 84.14%.The sequence of affecting adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ)by pomelo peel-based activated carbon is initial pH value,temperature,initial Cu(Ⅱ)concentration,and reaction time.Cu(Ⅱ)adsorption by pomelo peel-based activated carbon conforms to quasi-second-order kinetics and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.
