摘 要:以市政污泥为底物,建立高温两相厌氧消化系统,考察其运行性能,并与单相厌氧消化系统进行对比.运行结果表明两相厌氧消化系统具有更好的处理效果,稳定运行阶段TS、VS去除率和产甲烷比率分别为(41.6±1.7)%、(48.0±4.4)%和206.8 mL·g^-1 VS,均高于单相厌氧消化系统;市政污泥经两相厌氧消化后,其卫生化程度(病原体、重金属及毒性有机物质量浓度)优于单相厌氧消化系统;市政污泥经厌氧消化后脱水性能会下降,但两相厌氧消化系统后的市政污泥具有更好的脱水性能,且最佳PAM投加量为5 g·kg^-1 TS.In this paper,the single-and two-phase thermophilic anaerobic digestion system was employed respectively to investigate its treatment performance of municipal sludge.The results showed that the two-phase anaerobic digestion system processed more excellent performance with TS and VS removal efficiency and methane yield of(41.6±1.7)%,(48.0±4.4)%and 206.8 mL·g^-1 VS at stable stage when compared to single-phase anaerobic digestion system.Higher sanitation of digested sludge regarding pathogens,metals and toxic organic contaminants was obtained in two-phase anaerobic digestion system.A negative effect on municipal sludge dewatering was observed with decreased capillary suction time and specific resistance to filtration during anaerobic digestion,while two-phase anaerobic digestion system presented better dewatering trend than single-phase anaerobic digestion and the optimal PAM dosage was determined to be 5 g·kg^-1 TS.
