摘  要:生物反应器结构优化是甲烷氧化菌的培养积累PHB的产量的影响因素之一,因为水平管式循环反应器在培养甲烷氧化菌,积累PHB方面的应用,所以优化设计水平管式循环生物反应器特别重要,优化设计结构参数主要基于气液两相流的传质理论.通过对生物反应器的水平段的数值模拟,优化设计生物反应器的管径,混合元件的进气口的距离、进相端的角度、细管管径的大小和长度、出口端的角度大小和混合元件的个数,促进气液传质,优化设计结果为生物反应器的管道为3 cm,进气口距离为5 cm、进相端的角度为90°、细管的管径为2 cm和长度为1 cm、出口端角度为7°以及混合元件的个数是5个.该优化设计结果为生物反应器的整体优化做铺垫,为甲烷氧化菌培养积累PHB产量工业化生产研究做铺垫.One of the factors that influence the production of PHB is the structure optimization design of the bioreactor.Because of the application of horizontal tubular loop reactor in the cultivation of methane oxidizing bacteria and PHB accumulation,the optimization design of horizontal tubular loop bioreactor is particularly important.The optimization design of structural parameters is mainly based on the mass transfer theory of gas-liquid two-phase flow.In this paper,through the numerical simulation of the horizontal section of the bioreactor,the diameter of the bioreactor,the distance of the air inlet of the mixing element,the angle of the inlet end,the size and length of the thin pipe diameter,the angle of the outlet end and the number of the mixing elements are optimized to promote the gas-liquid transmission.The optimal design result was that the pipeline of the bioreactor was 3cm,the distance of the air inlet was 5 cm,and the distance of the inlet was 5cm The angle of the end was 90°,the diameter of the thin pipe was 2 cm,the length was 1 cm,the angle of the outlet end was 7°and the number of mixed elements was 5.The results of the optimization design of this paper gave the way for the overall optimization of the bioreactor and the industrial production of PHB accumulated by methane oxidizing bacteria.
