摘　　要：目的:通过测量中国南方汉族成年女性小阴唇各径线的数值以及对小阴唇进行形态学分型,建立中国南方汉族成年女性小阴唇测量值数据库。方法:2017年1月-2018年4月,对就诊于笔者科室的年龄18~60岁的843例南方汉族女性进行外阴(小阴唇)各径线数据测量以及外阴形态学拍照并记录一般人口学特征。小阴唇各径线测量值以均数和95%参考值范围表示,并对照片进行分析,初步进行外阴形态分型。结果:获得主要测量参数均值和95%参考值范围,有经阴道分娩史的女性,其小阴唇底边长、双侧前唇距、双侧后唇距、双侧小阴唇宽均大于未经阴道分娩史的女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并总结出了小阴唇形态学分型:两大类型:狭长型和宽叶型;三个亚型:左,右侧的上宽叶型,中宽叶型和下宽叶型。结论:本研究建立了843例中国南方汉族成年女性小阴唇形态学数据库,提出以两大类型、三个亚型的分型法对小阴唇形态进行分类,为从美学的角度设计小阴唇整形术式提供可参考的基线数值。Objective This study aimed to establish a preliminary reference date for the labiaplasty in southern China among the Han ethnic and classifying the labia minora morphologically.Methods The study was conducted from January 2017 to April 2018.Data were collected through labia minor measurement a total of 843 healthy adult females,18-60 years,who visit the department of Gynecology at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital.Took the hundreds of vulvar photographs and record general demographic characteristics.Then analyzed the vulvar photos and preliminary classified morphology of the labia minora.Results Primary measurements of labia minora among Han ethnic women in southern china were presented as mean(95% reference range).The statistical analysis had reported that women who underwent vaginal delivery had a wider labia minor compared to women who had underwent cesarean delivery(P<0.05).According to its morphology,labia minora is divided into two major types:the narrow-length leaf,wide-leaf and including the three sub-types:both sides of the superior wide leaf type,both sides of the middle wide leaf type and both sides of the inferior wide leaf type.Conclusion This study provided the measurement value of the labia minora and morphologically classification of 843 Han women in south China.Thus,it is providing the preliminary data for normal female external genitalia database.which provided a referenceable baseline value for the design of labiaplasty from an aesthetic point of view.
