摘　　要：目的:探讨楔形加弧形切除法矫治小阴唇肥大症的临床效果。方法:采用楔形加弧形切除法行小阴唇缩小整形术,先楔形切除小阴唇肥大的部分组织,然后弧形切除小阴唇边缘部分,分层缝合创缘。结果:本组38例患者切口均一期愈合,无出血及感染、皮瓣坏死等并发症,所有患者进行3~12个月随访,患者对术后外形及功能改善效果均满意。结论:楔形加弧形切除法行小阴唇缩小整形术,既可达到外形流畅自然,又能得到满意效果,是一种安全有效、较为理想的临床手术方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of hypertrophy of labia minora with wedge and arc resection.Methods Wedge and arc resection were used to reduce the hypertrophy of the labia minora.Firstly,wedge resection was performed on the hypertrophic part of the labia minora,then arc resection was performed on the marginal part of the labia minora,and the wound margin was sutured in layers.Results This group of 38 patients wereⅠhealing of incision,no bleeding and infection,skin flap necrosis,all patients at 3 months to 12 months follow-up,patients to improve the effect of postoperative appearance and function were satisfactory.Conclusion Cuneiform plus arc resection for hypertrophy and reduction of labia minora can achieve smooth and natural appearance,and can obtain satisfied effect,is a safe,effective and ideal operation method.
