可吸收线缝合后配合半导体激光治疗在会阴侧切切口处理中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨3-0可吸收线缝合后配合半导体激光治疗在会阴侧切切口修复中的疗效,分析总结其临床应用价值。方法:以2016年12月-2018年12月在笔者医院进行自然分娩会阴侧切的244例产妇为研究对象。根据缝合方法的不同,将所有产妇分为对照组(122例)和研究组(122例)。对照组产妇予以传统丝线缝合治疗,研究组产妇予以3-0可吸收线缝合后配合半导体激光治疗。随访观察两组产妇产后1~3d会阴侧切伤口疼痛程度、肿胀程度、愈合程度以及美容总满意率,并对其进行对比分析。结果:随访1~3d,研究组产妇侧切伤口疼痛持续天数及疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇侧切伤口肿胀消退速度及肿胀程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇侧切伤口愈合速度及愈合程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇美容总满意率(100.00%)明显高于对照组(87.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比传统常规缝合,3-0可吸收线缝合后配合半导体激光治疗对自然分娩产妇会阴侧切切口的修复效果显著,不仅可以有效缓解疼痛和肿胀,还可以有效提高产妇切口愈合率和美容满意率,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of 3-0 absorbable suture combined with semiconductor laser in repairing lateral perineal incision,and analyze its clinical application value.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,244 women who underwent natural delivery and perineal cuts in our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the different suture methods,all women were divided into control group(122 cases)and study group(122 cases).The women in the control group were treated with traditional silk suture,and the parturients in the study group were treated with 3-0 absorbable suture and semiconductor laser.The pain,degree of swelling,degree of healing and total satisfaction rate of the perineal side-cut wounds were compared between the two groups at 1-3 days postpartum.Results After 1 to 3 days of follow-up,the number of days of pain and the degree of pain in the side-cut wounds of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of swelling and swelling of the lateral wound in the study group was significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing rate and healing degree of the lateral wounds in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of maternal beauty in the study group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.70%,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional conventional suture,3-0 absorbable suture combined with semiconductor laser has significant effect on the repair of lateral incision of natural labor delivery,not only can it effectively relieve maternal pain and swelling,but also effectively improve maternal incision healing rate and cosmetic satisfaction rate,the clinical application value is high,which is worthy of promotion and implementation in hospitals around the world.
