A型肉毒毒素注射联合高频电离子治疗腋臭合并局部多汗症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究A型肉毒毒素注射联合高频电离子治疗腋臭合并局部多汗症的临床疗效。方法:将在笔者医院治疗的160例腋臭合并局部多汗症的患者随机分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80),对照组采用高频电离子治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用A型肉毒毒素注射治疗。比较两组患者腋臭评分、负面情绪和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组腋臭评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均降低,且观察组SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为91.25%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.09)。治疗后12个月,观察组有效率为95.00%,高于对照组85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:A型肉毒毒素注射联合高频电离子在腋臭合并局部多汗症的治疗中具有良好的临床疗效,能够改善腋臭症状,减少患者负面情绪,且治疗效果较为持久。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with electro-ion therapy in the treatment of patients with bromhidrosis and local hyperhidrosis.Methods 160 patients with bromhidrosis and local hyperhidrosis who were treated in our hospital were divided into the observation group(n=80)and the control group(n=80).The control group was treated with electro-ion therapy,and the observation group was treated with botulinum toxin type A injection on the basis of the control group.The scores of bromhidrosis,negative emotions and the effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of bromhidrosis in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the score of bromhidrosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 91.25%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.09).After 12 months of treatment,the effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that in the control group(85.00%),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A injection combined with electroion therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of bromhidrosis and local hyperhidrosis,can improve bromhidrosis symptoms,reduce negative emotions,with a long-lasting curative effect.
