CO2点阵激光联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗局限型白癜风疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨CO2点阵激光联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗局限型白癜风的临床疗效。方法:纳入局限型白癜风患者94例,按照随机表法分为对照组47例与观察组47例。对照组:采用复方卡力孜然酊治疗;观察组:在对照组基础上结合CO2点阵激光治疗。两组疗程均为12周。比较两组疗效,治疗前后皮损色素积分、皮损面积、肝肾功能和免疫功能变化,治疗不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率87.23%,高于对照组的65.96%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后皮损色素积分增加(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损色素积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后皮损面积减少(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损面积低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血清AST、ALT、Scr和BUN水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清AST、ALT、Scr和BUN水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:CO2点阵激光联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗局限型白癜风临床疗效明显,对肝、肾功能无明显影响,可使患者免疫功能得以提高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of CO2 lattice laser combined with compound Kali cumin tincture in the treatment of localized vitiligo.Methods The 94 patients with localized vitiligo were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(47 cases).The control group was treated with compound Kali cumin tincture,while the observation group was treated with CO2 lattice laser on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The curative effect,skin pigmentation score,skin lesion area,liver and kidney function,immune function,treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(87.23%)was higher than that of the control group(65.96%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin pigmentation score of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lesion area of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum AST,ALT,Scr and BUN levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in serum AST,ALT,Scr and BUN levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CO2 lattice laser combined with compound Kali cumin tincture has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of localized vitiligo,and has no obvious effect on liver and kidney function,it can improve the immune function of patients.
