摘 要:针对人员海上作业发生意外落水事故时,当前的求救报警信号存在传输距离近,信号不易被发现,影响搜寻效率等缺点,介绍了一种简单、直接高效的人员海上救生北斗信标的设计与实现方法。利用国自主研发的北斗卫星导航系统的短报文通信服务能力,根据人员海上遇险报警的需求,设计用于人员海上救生的北斗信标,实现人员遇险或意外落水时,及时向海上搜救中心或北斗接收终端发出包含有人员身份信息、时间信息、位置信息的短报文作为遇险报警信号,提高对遇险人员的搜救效率,提升人员海上获救几率。Aiming at the deficiencies affecting search and rescue efficiency, such as the limited transmission distance and the weakly detectable of the search and rescue signal when the marine operating personnel drowning at sea. This paper introduces a simple and high-efficiency design and implementation method of Beidou beacon technology for the personnel rescue at sea. According to the alarm requirements of the drowning personnel at sea, we adopts the self-developed Beidou short message communication technology, elaborately designed a Beidou beacon for the rescue of the drowning personnel at sea. This beacon will send the identification, the time and the location of the drowning personnel to the marine search and rescue center and Beidou receiver immediately when the operating personnel drowning at sea, and will significantly improve the probability and efficiency of the search and rescue of the drowning personnel at sea.
