摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病患者低血糖风险预防自身态度,为医护人员参与低血糖风险防控提供依据。方法采用立意抽样法,于2019年2—3月在某三甲糖尿病专科医院对15例糖尿病患者进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学7步法对访谈资料进行分析。结果对访谈资料进行分析后共提炼出4个主题,分别为忽视、侥幸、矛盾与困惑及关注点失衡。结论糖尿病患者对低血糖风险预防存在困惑,态度不够积极,未进行积极有效的低血糖风险防控。医护人员应加强低血糖教育,帮助患者形成积极的低血糖预防态度,防控低血糖风险。Objective To explore the hypoglycemia risk prevention self-attitude in diabetes mellitus patients so as to provide a basis for medical staff to participate in hypoglycemia risk prevention.Methods From February 2019 to March 2019,we selected 15 patients with diabetes mellitus at a ClassⅢGrade A diabetes specialized hospital by purposive sampling to carry out semi-structured interview.Interview data were analyzed with the Colazizzi phenomenology seven-step method.Results After analyzing interview data,a total of four themes were refined including neglect,fluke,contradiction and puzzle as well as unbalanced focus.Conclusions Diabetes mellitus patients puzzle about and are not active in hypoglycemia risk prevention,and they don't implement positive and effective hypoglycemia risk prevention.Medical staff should strengthen hypoglycemia education and help patients develop a positive attitude with hypoglycemia risk to reduce the hypoglycemia risk.
