摘　　要：目的了解民办高职院校自主招生医学生(简称自招生)培养的现状,为我国民办高职院校培养医学人才提供参考依据。方法2019年1—4月,采用质性研究方法,对西安市民办高职院校的自招生15名和教师11名进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼出4个主题:学习优势不足;专业课程难度大;专业认同较高;实践沟通能力较好。结论高职院校的教育者应按照人才培养目标优化培养模式,改进教学手段,均衡培养人才综合能力及素养。Objective To explore the status quo of cultivation for independently enrolled medical students(hereinafter referred to as independently enrolled students)and to provide a reference for medical talents cultivation in China's private vocational universities.Methods Totally 15 independently enrolled students and 11 teachers received deep semi-structural interview in a private vocational university using the methods of qualitative studies between January and April 2019.The data were analyzed by Colaizzi's seven-step analysis.Results Totally 4 themes were refined:insufficient advantages in learning,great difficulty in specialized courses,good professional identity,and sound practice and communication abilities.Conclusions The educators in vocational universities should optimize the cultivation model,modify teaching methods,and balance the overall quality and attainment of talents based on the objectives of talent cultivation.
