摘 要:为了研究不同外型导流板结构的导流效果,针对内燃机车顶置压风干式冷却装置导流板建立了三维计算模型.运用计算流体动力学方法对导流板样条轮廓线进行数值拟合与数值仿真计算,通过分析流场结构对比最佳导流方案.研究结果表明:不同形状的导流板对冷却装置的流场均匀性有明显的影响.经仿真计算,具有均匀渐扩形状样条曲线的导流板导流效果最佳,该型导流板轮廓线可以充分利用边界层效应,使散热器内的速度、压力、湍动能、湍动耗散率平均值最大,方差和标准差最小,相比其他方案其波动最小、流场均匀性最好,从而达到了良好的导流作用,此工作为该型机车冷却装置导流板的结构设计提供了理论依据.In order to study the diversion effect of different types of diversion plate structures,a three-dimensional computational model was established for the diversion plate of air-dry cooling device installed on the roof of a diesel locomotive.Using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,the spline contour of diversion plate is numerically fitted and simulated.By analyzing the flow field structure,the best diversion scheme is contrasted.The results show that the flow field uniformity of the cooling device is obviously affected by the diversion plates with different shapes.After simulation calculation,the diversion plate with uniformly extended shape of spline curve has the best diversion effect.The profile of the guide plate can make full use of the boundary layer effect to maximize the mean value of velocity,pressure,turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent dissipation rate in the radiator,and minimize the variance and standard deviation.Compared with other schemes,it has the smallest fluctuation and the best uniformity of flow field.Thus a good diversion effect is achieved.This work provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the guide plate of this locomotive cooling device.
