胃痞消治疗亚硝基胍诱发慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠的作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃痞消对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)的治疗效果及其机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、造模组。造模组大鼠采用MNNG(N-甲基-N′-硝基-N-亚硝基胍)饮水液自由饮用、饥饱失常、40%乙醇和雷尼替丁溶液交替灌胃法制备CAG大鼠脾虚证模型,连续8周,造模成功后,将模型大鼠随机分为模型组、胃痞消组、胃复春组。从第9周起,胃痞消组予胃痞消灌胃[20 g(/kg·d)],胃复春组予胃复春灌胃[0.4 g(/kg·d)];从胃液分泌、血清学等角度观察胃痞消对大鼠胃黏膜的影响。结果:胃痞消组和胃复春组大鼠体质量、胃游离黏液含量、血清PGI、PGE2含量均高于模型组(P<0.05),血清VIP、TGF-α含量均低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:胃痞消对CAG大鼠模型具有治疗作用,可增加大鼠的体质量,促进胃液分泌,提高血清PGI、PGE2含量,降低血清VIP、TGF-α含量。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Weipixiao on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)in rats.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group and model group.The model rats were fed with MNNG(N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine)drinking water,starvation and satiety,40%ethanol and ranitidine solution alternately for 8 weeks.The model rats were randomly divided into model group,Weipixiao group and Weifuchun(胃复春)group.From the 9th week,the effect of Weipixiao on gastric mucosa was observed from the secretion of gastric juice and serology.Results:the body weight,gastric free mucus content,serum PGI and PGE2 content in Weipixiao group and Weifuchun group were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05),and the serum VIP and TGF-αcontents were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weipixiao has therapeutic effect on CAG rat model.It can increase the body mass,promote the secretion of gastric juice,increase the contents of PGI and PGE2 in serum,and decrease the contents of VIP and TGF-αin serum.
