156例瘿病患者病性证素与寸上脉分布规律探析

摘　　要：目的:分析在瘿病中寸上脉与病性证素的分布规律,探讨寸上脉在中医辨证论治瘿病的作用及意义。方法:收集存在寸上脉的瘿病患者156例,提取病例中的脉象信息和证素相关信息,运用统计方法分析寸上脉分布规律。结果:选取存在寸上脉的瘿病患者中,中医病性证素痰(湿、浊)所占频次最高,为39.9%;病性证素的组合形式多样,二证素组合的最多,占为44.2%。寸上脉的强弱与中医证素热(火)呈正相关,与气虚呈负相关,与瘀呈负相关趋势;右寸上脉与阴虚呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:在存在寸上脉瘿病患者,辨证以痰(湿、浊)热(火)为主。寸上脉愈强提示患者体内邪热愈盛,结果与阴虚热盛的病机相吻合。寸上脉的分布与证素密切相关,为临床辨证论治、异病同治提供相对客观的依据。Objective:To analyze the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome and cunshang pulse in Ying disease,to explore the role and significance of cunshang pulse in the treatment of Ying disease based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Collecting Ying disease exist on the Cunshang pulse medical records of 156 cases of general information,pulse information and syndrome diagnosis.Results:Selecting patients with Ying disease,statistics on the frequency of occurrence of TCM syndromes,phlegm(wet,turbid)accounted for the highest frequency,accounting for 39.9%.Disease Syndrome combination of diverse factors,the combination of the two syndromes accounted for 44.2%.The strength of cunshang pulse is positively related to TCM syndrome fever(fire)(left Cunshang pulse r=0.246,right Cunshang pulser=0.284)positively correlated with Qi,stasis negatively correlated with the trend.Conclusion:In Ying disease,when there is an Cunshang pulse,especially on the right side of the strength.The stronger the cunshang pulse,the more heat the patient has,when treatment with phlegm dampness-based,and to heat up.The distribution of the upper vein is not related to the disease,and it is related to the syndrome type,which provides a relatively objective basis for clinical dialectics and treatment.
