摘　　要：综述近5年国内利用艾灸足三里穴治疗各种疾病的疗效及机理的研究,从消化系统疾病、抗癌作用、运动损伤、治未病和免疫系统等方面阐明艾灸足三里的临床及基础研究进展。This paper reviews the research on the efficacy and mechanism of moxibustion at Zusanli(ST36)points in the past five years to treat various diseases,and to provide reference and evidence for clinical work and basic research.The related literature search and analysis were carried out in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)with the words"Moxibustion"and"Zusanli".From the aspects of digestive system diseases,anti-cancer effects,sports injuries,treatment of diseases and immune system,the application of moxibustion Zusanli(ST36)in clinical and basic research and the efficacy of corresponding treatment methods were clarified.
