摘　　要：目的探讨医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理模式在癫痫患儿延续性护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月-2019年1月商丘市第一人民医院收治的癫痫患儿260例,根据计算机生成的随机数字表,将260例儿童随机分为观察组和对照组,各130例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予医院-社区-家庭三元联动延续性护理,两组均持续干预2个月。比较两组干预前后自制家庭健康知识调查问卷评分、癫痫患儿生活质量量表(QOLCE)评分、疾病控制效果及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组健康知识掌握评分和QOLCE总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疾病控制情况及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭三元联动护理模式应用于癫痫患儿延续性护理,能有效提高患儿家长健康知识掌握度和生活质量,增强疾病控制效果,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing model in continuing care among epileptic children.Methods From June 2017 to January 2019,we selected 260 epileptic children in First People's Hospital of Shangqiu.The total of 260 children were randomly divided into observation group and control group based on the random number table by computer,130 cases in each group.Control group carried out routine health education,while observation group implemented the hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing.The intervention of two groups lasted for two months.We compare the scores of the Self-Designed Family Health Knowledge Questionnaire and Quality of Life in Children with Epilepsy(QOLCE),disease control effects and nursing satisfaction between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of health knowledge and QOLCE of observation group were higher than those in control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).The disease control of observation group was better than that of control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of hospital-community-family ternary linkage nursing model in continuing care among epileptic children can improve health knowledge of children's parents,quality of life,disease control effects and nursing satisfaction.
