摘  要:目的调查并分析我国注册男护士群体的职业特征、面临的职业挑战和期望获得的帮助。方法采用便利抽样法,借助男护士学术团体和门户网站,于2017年6月采用自行设计的网络问卷对在各级各类医疗机构工作的男护士进行调查。结果来自312个城市的10676名注册男护士有效应答调查。接受调查的男护士(27.80±4.46)岁,较年轻;工作年限(5.26±4.47)年;工作医院集中在一、二线城市的三甲医院。男护士面临的职业挑战主要包括经济压力(1563/10676,22.7%)、职业发展(1208/10676,17.5%)和性别差异(1031/10676,14.9%),期望得到的主要支持包括提高薪酬待遇(2453/10676,41.5%)、协助专业成长(2107/10676,35.6%)以及提升社会地位(1887/10676,31.9%)。结论我国男护士群体不断壮大,在多个专科领域崭露头角并承担重要作用。相关部门和管理者应增加对男护士的关注和引导,合理规划男护士职业发展途径,落实相关保障措施。从政策、管理、男护士自身3个方面促进该群体的健康、快速发展,以不断提升护理服务质量,加快护理专业发展。Objective To explore and analyze the professional characteristics,challenges and anticipation in registered male nurses in China.Methods Male nurses working in various medical institutions at different levels were selected by convenient sampling through academic associations of male nurses and portal websites and investigated with the self-designed online questionnaire in June 2017.Results Totally 10676 registered male nurses from 312 cities were investigated.Their average age was(27.80±4.46)years,and their length of working was(5.26±4.47)years.They mainly came from ClassⅢGrade A hospitals in first-and second-tier cities.Their professional challenges mainly came from economic pressure(1563/10676,22.7%),professional development(1208/10676,17.5%)and gender difference(1031/10676,14.9%).The major support they anticipated included increased salary(2453/10676,41.5%),assisted professional development(2107/10676,35.6%)and improved social status(1887/10676,31.9%).Conclusions The group of male nurses in China has been expanded,and they play important roles in many fields.Relevant authorities and managers should pay more attention to male nurses,provide proper guidance for their professional guidance,and implement relevant supporting measures.They should drive enable male nurses to develop healthily and rapidly in terms of policy,management and male nurses themselves,and thus accelerate the development of nursing profession.
