摘　　要：目的研究移动健康智能手机程序在白血病院外健康管理中的应用价值。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2015年2月—2019年1月南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院收治的94例白血病患者为研究对象。按入院时间顺序分为两组,2015年2月—2017年1月入院47例患者为对照组,实施院外常规健康教育;2017年2月—2019年1月入院47例患者为观察组,实施基于移动健康智能手机程序的院外健康管理。干预前后采用中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)及生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)比较两组患者的自我管理效能感、自我护理能力及生活质量。结果观察组患者干预后自我效能感量表总分及各维度得分、ESCA总分及各维度得分、QLQ-C30总体健康状况得分及躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能维度得分均高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于移动健康智能手机程序的院外健康管理能增强白血病患者自我管理效能感,提高其自我护理能力及生活质量。Objective To study the application value of mobile health smart phone program in out-of-hospital health management of leukemia.Methods A total of 94 cases of leukemia patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from February 2015 to January 2019 were included by convenience sampling method,and divided into two groups according to the time sequence of admission.47 cases of leukemia patients admitted from February 2015 to January 2017 were taken as the control group,and routine health education was conducted outside the hospital.The other 47 leukemia patients admitted from February 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the observation group,implementing out-of-hospital health management based on mobile health smart phone program.The patients of the two groups were assessed for Self-management Efficacy Scale,the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA),and Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30)before and after intervention.Results The scores of Self-management Efficacy Scale and each dimension,ESCA scores and each dimension scores,QLQ-C30 overall health status scores and the scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function and social function dimensions of the observation group were higher than control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Mobile health smart phone program for out-of-hospital health management can enhance the self-management efficacy of leukemia patients,improve their self-care ability and quality of life.
