对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬交替使用与单一使用处方比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析儿科对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬交替使用与单一使用处方,促进儿科解热镇痛药合理使用。方法随机抽取儿科急诊2017年6月1日至2018年5月31日使用对乙酰氨基酚混悬液和/或布洛芬混悬液处方。根据处方中对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬是否为交替使用或单一使用,将处方分为交替使用组和单一使用组。根据国际疾病分类ICD-10统计临床诊断。对比分析2组处方的一般情况、处方金额和临床诊断分布。结果儿科急诊交替使用对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬处方占据比例较低。相对单一使用处方,交替使用对乙酰氨基酚及布洛芬处方金额较高,惊厥临床诊断占比较高,其他和不明原因的发热诊断占比较低。结论儿科急诊存在一定对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬交替使用情况,在选择交替使用时需谨慎,以确保解热镇痛药使用合理性。AIM To compare the prescriptions of alternate and single use of acetaminophen and ibuprofen in pediatric patients in our hospital and to promote the reasonable use of antipyretic analgesics. METHODS The prescriptions of acetaminophen suspension and/or ibuprofen suspension in pediatric emergency department during the period of June 1 st,2017 to May 31 st,2018 were randomly collected. According to the alternate use or single use of acetaminophen and ibuprofen in the prescriptions,the prescriptions were divided into alternate use group and single use group. Clinical diagnosis was sorted according to international classification of diseases( ICD-10). General information,costs,clinical diagnosis of 2 groups were analyzed. RESULTS The proportion of alternating acetaminophen and ibuprofen in our hospital was relatively low. Compared with the single use group,the cost was higher,the proportion of convulsions was higher and the proportion of fever was lower in alternate use group.CONCLUSION There is alternate use of acetaminophen and ibuprofen in pediatric emergency department of our hospital. Caution should be taken when selecting alternative use to ensure the rational use of antipyretic analgesics.
