摘　　要：太湖水污染府际协作治理的困境既是太湖本身的困境,也是我国跨域水污染地区的普遍困境。总结太湖府际协作治理经验,寻求跨域水污染府际协作治理的深层路径,对于太湖治理的新阶段,对于我国跨域水污染治理难题,对于“水更清”的生态文明建设目标都具有重要意义。The predicament of inter-governmental cooperation in the treatment of water pollution in Taihu lake is not only the predicament of Taihu lake itself,but also the common predicament of trans-regional water pollution areas in China.Summing up the experience of inter-governmental cooperative governance of Taihu Lake and seeking the deep path of inter-governmental cooperative governance of cross-regional water pollution are of great significance to the new stage of Taihu Lake governance,to the difficult problems of cross-regional water pollution governance in China,and to the goal of ecological civilization construction of“cleaner water”.
