摘　　要：上海地下空间规划编制要与上海城市发展战略相协调,充分考虑上海的土地供需状况、水文地质条件、环境容量状况等,重点分析地下空间统筹、土地节约集约利用,合理确定地下空间的建设规模、时序和发展模式。在此基础上,制订地下空间开发利用的详细规划。Shanghai’s underground space planning should be coordinated with Shanghai’s urban development strategy,taking full account of Shanghai’s land supply and demand,hydrogeological conditions,environmental capacity,etc.,focusing on the analysis of underground space planning,land conservation and intensive use,and reasonably determining the construction scale,timing and development mode of underground space.On this basis,a detailed plan for the development and utilization of underground space is drawn up.
