摘  要:通过对5种典型的改性沥青用软化油的成分进行分析发现,软化油的主要成分是芳香烃和饱和烃,这两种成分占比约90%,其他助剂占比5%~8%,轻质组分(200℃挥发)占比2%左右.在分子量相当的情况下,饱和烃含量高的软化油凝点更低,流动性更好;芳烃含量高的软化油凝点高,流动性差.不同成分构成的软化油由于来源和调配方法不一致,差别十分明显,用于调和沥青时需区分对待.Analyzing components of softening oil used in 5 types of modified bitumen shows that main components of softening oil are aromatic hydrocarbon and satisfied hydrocarbon accounting for about 90%,other assistants are 5%~8%and light components(volatile at 200 X.)are 2%.In the case of more or less the same molecular weight,the softening oil with high satisfied hydrocarbon has even lower freezing point and fluidity even better.The oil with high aromatic hydrocarbon has high freezing point and poor fluidity.Due to the different sources and blending methods of softening oil with different components,the difference is very obvious,so it needs to be treated differently when used for blending asphalt.
