摘 要:针对陆上某油田钻井时易发生井壁坍塌、卡钻、电测遇阻以及井漏等问题,研制出了一套适合该油田的井壁稳定钻井液体系,并对钻井液的综合性能进行了评价。钻井液体系综合性能评价结果表明:该钻井液体系在120℃条件下老化后仍具有良好的流变性能,且滤失量较小;天然岩心在井壁稳定钻井液体系中的吸水率仅为5.18%,具有良好的束缚水的能力;钻屑在井壁稳定钻井液体系中的滚动回收率达到95%以上,线性膨胀率仅为2.9%,体系具有良好的抑制性能;此外,该钻井液体系还具有良好的封堵性能和储层保护效果,能够满足目标油田对钻井液的要求。Aiming at the problems of wellbore collapse,sticking,blocking and lost circulation when drilling in an onshore oilfield,a set of wellbore stabilizing drilling fluid system suitable for the oilfield is developed,and the comprehensive performance of the drilling fluid is evaluated.The results show that the drilling fluid system has good rheological properties and small filtration capacity after aging at 120℃.The system also has good water binding capacity,and the water absorption of natural cores is only 5.18%.The rolling recovery rate of drilling cuttings in the wellbore stabilizing drilling fluid system can reach 95%,and the linear expansion rate is only 2.9%,the system has good inhibition performance.In addition,the drilling fluid system also has good plugging performance and reservoir protection effect,which can meet the requirements of drilling fluid in target oilfield.
