摘  要:以对苯二酚、甲醇为原料,固体酸为催化剂,对苯醌为助剂合成对苯二酚单甲醚,考察了对苯二酚质量空速、反应温度,对笨醌、甲醇与对苯二酚物质的量比对醚化试验结果的影响,试验结果表明:在对苯醌与对苯二酚的物质的量比为0.2,对苯二酚质量空速为1.5 h^-1,醚化温度为65℃,甲醇与对苯二酚的物质的量比为2.0的优化条件下,对苯二酚的转化率大于90%,对苯二酚单甲醚的选择性大于90%,对苯二酚单甲醚的收率大于81%。醚化液精制后可得到纯度99.6%的对苯二酚单甲醚,且回收物料套用效果较好,催化剂活性稳定。The hydroquinone monomethyl ether is synthesized with hydroquinone and methanol as raw material,solid acid as catalyst and p-benzoquinone as additive.The effects of hydroquinone mass space velocity,reaction temperature and the molar ratio of p-benzoquinone,methanol to hydroquinone on the etherification are investigated.The results show that the conversion rate of hydroquinone is more than 90%,the selectivity of hydroquinone monomethyl ether is more than 90%,and the yield of hydroquinone monomethyl ether is more than 81%under the optimized conditions of the molar ratio of p-benzoquinone to hydroquinone is 0.2,the mass space velocity of hydroquinone is 1.5 h^-1,the etherification temperature is 65℃and the molar ratio of methanol to hydroquinone is 2.0.The hydroquinone monomethyl ether with purity of 99.6%can be obtained refining the etherification solution,the application effect of recyeled material is well and the catalyst activity is stable.
