摘　　要：归纳、总结枇杷叶的化学成分和主要药理活性的研究进展,以期为枇杷叶的研究开发和应用提供参考。枇杷叶具有清肺止咳、降逆止呕的功效;枇杷叶主要含有黄酮类、三萜酸类、有机酸类、挥发油类等化学成分,具有抗炎、祛痰、止咳、抗肺纤维化、抗氧化、降血糖、抗肿瘤、止呕等药理作用。In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Pipaye(Eriobotryae Folium)were summarized,in order to provide reference for further study and application of Pipaye(Eriobotryae Folium).It could clear away lung-heat,resolve phlegm,lower the adverse-rising Qi and arrest vomiting.Modern research showed that there are several secondary metabolites,such as flavonoids,triterpene acids,organic acid and volatile oil.Its pharmacological research mainly focused on the anti inflammatory,expectorant,anti-tussive,anti pulmonary fibrosis,antioxidant,antidiabetics,anti-tumor,anti-vomiting and other pharmacological activities.
