改良长蛇灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良长蛇灸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为改良长蛇灸组与常规药物组,改良长蛇灸组予长蛇灸疗法,于大椎至腰俞穴的督脉及膀胱经第一侧线范围处行隔姜铺灸,常规药物组予甲氨蝶呤片口服。治疗结束后,以类风湿关节炎中医证候体征积分作为疗效评价指标,通过两组各项积分及指标变化情况来评价临床疗效。结果:改良长蛇灸组总有效率为93.3%,常规药物组总有效率为76.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组中医证候主证积分、次证积分、体征积分均较治疗前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗后两组关节发热、恶寒、阴雨天加重积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良长蛇灸疗法治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified long snake moxibustion on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Totally 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into modified long snake moxibustion group and routine drug group.The modified long snake moxibustion group was treated with long snake moxibustion,and the ginger separated moxibustion was performed at the Dazhui(GV 14)to Yaoshu(GV 2)and the first lateral line of the bladder meridian.The patients in the routine drug group were given methotrexate tablets.After treatment,the integral of TCM syndromes and signs of rheumatoid arthritis were used as the evaluation index of curative effect,and the clinical curative effect was evaluated by the changes of various scores and indexes in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3%in modified snake moxibustion group and 76.7%in conventional drug group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of main syndrome,secondary syndrome and physical signs decreased in the two groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There were significant differences on the scores of joint fever,cold and aggravation in rainy days between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified snake moxibustion is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
