头舌针结合综合康复治疗早期干预儿童孤独症谱系障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察头舌针结合综合康复治疗早期干预孤独症谱系障碍患儿的临床疗效。方法:将63例患儿分为两组,治疗组37例接受头舌针结合综合康复治疗(行为矫正、人际关系发展、感觉统合训练等),对照组26例接受综合康复治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后3个月、6个月CARS、儿童孤独症行为(ABC)量表评分及S-S语言发育阶段变化,比较两组患儿临床治疗有效率。结果:治疗3个月后两组患儿ABC量表、CARS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);两组患儿ABC量表及CARS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3个月治疗组患儿S-S语言水平较治疗前提高(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,治疗组患儿ABC量表、CARS行为评分均低于对照组,两组患儿S-S语言水平较治疗前提高(P<0.05),但是治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后治疗组患儿ABC、CARS及S-S语言水平临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头舌针结合综合康复治疗早期干预孤独症谱系障碍,在改善孤独行为上疗效显著,能明显提高患儿语言能力。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp and tongue acupuncture on early intervention of children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods:Totally 63 children were divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=37)received acupuncture treatment on the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment(behavioral correction,interpersonal development,sensory integration,etc.)and the control group(n=26)received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.Both groups were examined with CARS,ABC and S-S language retardation before and after treatment,in 3 and 6 months after treatment.The effective rate of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the ABC scale and CARS scores decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference on ABC scale and CARS score between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after treatment,the S-S language level improved in the treatment group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the ABC scale and CARS behavior score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the S-S language level improved in the two groups(P<0.05),but the treatment group showed higher S-S language level than the control group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the clinical efficiency of ABC,CARS and S-S language level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early intervention of scalp and tongue needle on children with autism spectrum disorder was effective in improving autism behavior and language ability.
