摘 要:为了研究压实作用下含可破碎石料的路基破碎过程,利用EDEM软件建立正方体、三棱体、球体3种可破碎颗粒和刚性颗粒的路基压实模型,分析了压路机频率及激振力对填石路基压实的影响。结果表明:在激振力一定的条件下,35 Hz振频下密实效果最佳;激振力越大,路基密实度越高,压实效果越好。在路基压实模拟中发现,路基压实过程中颗粒变化分为运动、变形、破损、稳定四大阶段,且体积越大、棱角越多,越容易破碎。对比现场孔隙率数值,两者均值仅相差0.89%,证明含可破碎填料的填石路基压实离散元法模拟结果准确可靠。In order to study the crushing of subgrade with breakable stones under compaction,the subgrade compaction model of three kinds of breakable particles and rigid particles of cube,trigonal prism and sphere was established by EDEM software,and the impact of the frequency and excitation force of the roller on the compaction of rockfill subgrade were analyzed.The results show that under the condition of a certain excitation force,the compaction effect is best under the vibration frequency of 35 Hz;the greater the excitation force,the higher the compaction degree of subgrade and the better the compaction effect.In the simulation of subgrade compaction,it is found that the particle change in the compaction process is divided into four stages including movement,deformation,damage and stability,and the particles with larger volume and more edges and corners are easier to break.Comparing the on-site porosity values,the mean values of the two differ by only 0.89%,which proves that the simulation results of the rockfill subgrade with breakable filler are accurate and reliable.
