摘  要:近年来,随着可控震源施工方法的改进和推广,以及工区环保力度的加强,推土机推路工作逐渐减少.复杂的施工地表导致震源的转向缸频繁地出现故障,大量转向缸在修复装配中出现新的故障.本文将对可控震源转向缸装配中出现的故障进行分析,探讨一种合适的方法对震源转向缸进行高效无损装配,以降低修复成本.In recent years,with the improvement and popularization of vibratorworking method and the strengthening of environmental protection in the field,the bulldozer work has been gradually reduced.Thecomplexterrainslead to frequent failures of the steering cylinder of vibrators,and a large number of new faults appear in the repair and assembly of the steering cylinder.In this article,we will analyze the problems in vibratorsteering cylinder restoration,and discuss a suitable method for high efficiency and nondestructive assembly of vibrator steering cylinder in order to reduce the repair cost.
