宫颈阴道分泌物中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1在胎膜早破诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的浅析在胎膜早破诊断中检测宫颈阴道分泌物中胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)的应用价值。方法选取51例胎膜早破的产妇作为观察组,选取同期51例胎膜正常的产妇作为参照组。比较两组产妇IGFBP-1检测、pH试纸检测的结果以及两种检测方法对胎膜早破诊断的准确度、灵敏度和特异度。结果观察组IGFBP-1检测阳性率94.12%、pH试纸检测阳性率80.39%均明显高于参照组的0、31.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);102例孕妇胎膜早破诊断中,IGFBP-1检测准确度97.06%、灵敏度94.12%、特异度100%均高于pH试纸检测的74.51%、80.39%、68.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胎膜早破的诊断中宫颈阴道分泌物中IGFBP-1检测安全可靠,有着较高的诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度,所以临床应用价值高,值得大范围推广应用。Objective To analyze the application value of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-1(IGFBP-1) in cervicovaginal secretion for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes.Methods There were 51 cases of premature rupture of membranes selected as observation group,and concurrent 51 cases of normal fetal membrane selected as the control group.The results of IGFBP-1 test,pH test was compared in the two groups,and the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods in the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes were compared.Results The positive rates of IGFBP-1 and pH test in the observation group were 94.12% and 80.39% respectively,which were significantly higher than 0 and 31.37% in the control group,their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In 102 cases of premature rupture of membranes,the detection accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of IGFBP-1 were 97.06%,94.12% and 100.00% respectively,which was higher than 74.51%,80.39% and 68.63% of pH test,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes,IGFBP-1 is safe and reliable with high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity.It contains high clinical application value and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
