摘 要:为治理某海港变电所电能质量,对某海港变电所电能质量进行了测试。分析了变压器低压侧电力系统的工作模型,基于此模型计算了系统工作电压、无功补偿柜电容两端的实际工作电压及相应的电抗率,研究结果表明:系统电压过高、电容与电抗配置不合理以及无功补偿控制器失效等问题导致了变压器低压侧无功补偿柜电容器频繁损坏且系统功率因数偏低。最后文章提出通过安装静止无功发生器的方式给出了治理方案。In order to improve the power quality supplied from a certain harbor substation,the power quality test and analysis of the low voltage side of transformer is performed.The working model of a power system is presented,and based on the model,the system operating voltage,the reactive power compensation capacitance at the ends of the actual working voltage and the corresponding reactance rate are calculated.The results show that the system of high voltage,capacitance and reactance configuration is not reasonable and that the reactive power compensation controller failure leding to the problems such as frequent damage of reactive power compensation capacitor on the low voltage side of transformer and low system power factor.At last,the control scheme by installing static var generator has been put forward.
