摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,以甲酸为催化剂,用甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)改性硅溶胶制备出了有机-无机复合陶瓷涂料,在铝基材上喷涂、固化,得到陶瓷涂膜。采用粒度分析、热重分析(TGA)、红外光谱(FT-IR)研究了陶瓷涂料的结构,考察了陶瓷涂膜的自散热性能及不同颜色陶瓷涂膜自散热性能的差异。结果表明:随着反应时间的延长,改性硅溶胶的粒径逐渐变大、粒径分布逐渐变宽,说明硅溶胶和MTMS发生了水解缩聚反应,生成有机-无机复合陶瓷涂料;要得到热稳定性好的陶瓷涂层,其固化温度要在250℃以上,甚至300℃。陶瓷涂层具有明显的自散热性能,颜色深一些的陶瓷涂层的自散热效果更好。An organic-inorganic composite ceramic coatings was prepared by sol-gel method using formic acid as catalyst and methyl methoxysilane(MTMS)modified silica sol.It was sprayed and cured on aluminum substrate to obtain ceramic coating.The structure of ceramic coatings was studied by particle size analysis,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The self-radiating performance of ceramic coating and the difference of the self-radiating performance of ceramic coating with different colors were investigated.The results showed that the particle size of the modified silica sol gradually increases and the particle size distribution becomes wider with the increase of the reaction time,which indicates that hydrolytic polycondensation reaction takes place between silica and MTMS.In order to obtain ceramic coating with good thermal stability,the curing temperature should be above 250℃,even more 300℃.The ceramic coating has obvious self-radiating performance,and the ceramic coating with deeper color has better self-radiating eff ect.
