督灸治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察督灸联合药物治疗慢性盆腔疼痛综合征(CPPS)的临床效果。方法选取100例慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者,随机分成50例采用督灸联合盐酸坦索洛新缓释胶囊治疗的治疗组和50例采用盐酸坦索洛新缓释胶囊治疗的对照组,治疗组督灸每2周施行1次,疗程均为12周,观察2组治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分和尿流率的变化。结果治疗后治疗组NIH-CPSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为94.0%,对照组的总有效率为76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组最大尿流率和平均尿流率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论督灸联合盐酸坦索洛新缓释胶囊改善慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者临床症状优于单纯采用盐酸坦索洛新,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of governor vessel moxibustion combined with drug therapy on chronic pelvic pain syndromes(CPPS).Methods 100 patients with CPPS were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group with 50 cases in each group,the treatment group was given governor vessel moxibustion combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,the controlled group received tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules in the treatment.The frequency of governor vessel moxibustion might be every two weeks.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks.Changes of NIH-CPSI score were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the NIH-CPSI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.0%,and that of the control group was 76.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum and average urinary flow rates in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopts governor vessel moxibustion combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules therapy has the better effect than just adopts tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules therapy on treating CPPS in improving clinical symptoms.
