矿山法隧道丙烯酸盐喷膜防水技术应用探析

摘　　要：结合丙烯酸盐喷膜防水材料在国内的应用经验,对喷涂防水技术在矿山法隧道中的应用进行探讨。矿山法隧道的防水体系主要有排水型和非排水型两大类,根据不同防水体系的构造形式、排水能力、水压作用模式以及施工条件,探讨采用喷涂防水技术的隧道防水构造形式。根据矿山法隧道的结构形式和防水要求,分析隧道衬砌结构接缝部位的喷涂防水处理措施、喷涂防水体系中防水材料的相容性以及其他细部构造的防水措施和要求。对喷涂防水施工技术中的主要内容,包括施工方案编制、防水基面处理、喷枪操作与控制、喷涂作业要求、质量检验与验收等进行了说明。以上内容提出了矿山法隧道喷涂防水技术的主要技术要求,为该类技术的应用提供借鉴。The application of spray-applied waterproofing technology in the tunnels constructed by mining method was discussed based on the application experience of spray-applied acrylate waterproof material in China.Currently the waterproof systems of mining method tunnels can be mainly divided into drainage and non-drainage systems.The compositions of the waterproof system for the tunnels using spray-applied waterproofing were discussed according to the structure compositions,drainage capacity,water pressure acting patterns and application requirements of different waterproof systems for these two type of tunnels.The waterproof measures for the structure joints,the compatibility of waterproof materials in the spray-applied waterproof system and waterproof measures for other detail parts of tunnel lining structure were discussed based upon the structure composition and waterproof requirements of mining method tunnels.Analysis was made on the main contents of the spray-applied waterproofing in tunnels including the application plan,substrate treatments,spray gun control,spray application requirements,quality inspection and acceptance.Hence,the main technical requirements for the spray-applied waterproofing used in mining tunnels were summarized to provide guidance for its application in similar projects.
