晋西北山区农民灌溉水价承受能力分析

摘　　要：文中以山西省西北山区的河曲、保德、偏关县为研究对象,依据三县的农民灌溉水费具体情况,并以粮食作物玉米为代表,以灌溉水费支出占农业生产总成本、农业总产值、农业纯收、家庭总收入的比例4个指标分析农民对灌溉水价的承受能力,为当地灌溉供水工程制定合理可行的水价提供参考。In this paper,Hequ,Baode and Pianguan county in the mountainous areas of Northwest Shanxi Province are studied,according to the specific situation of irrigation water charges of farmers in three counties. Taking the corn for example,the farmers’ affordability of water price is analyzed by four indexes: the proportion of irrigation water cost,to the total agricultural production cost,to the total agricultural output value,to the net agricultural income,and to the total household income.The result can provide a reference for the local irrigation and water supply project to formulate a reasonable and feasible water price.
