摘　　要：血栓性疾病是一类严重危害人类健康和生命安全的疾病。由于较高的发病率、致残率和死亡率,血栓性疾病受到越来越多人的关注。临床上治疗血栓性疾病的药物主要是抗血小板药物和抗凝血药物。2017年全球抗血栓药物市场规模达235亿美元,由拜耳公司和强生公司共同研发的利伐沙班片以65.29亿美元的年收入入围同年全球前十大畅销药物榜单。我国公立医疗机构终端抗血栓药物市场销售额自2013年持续保持增长态势,2018年市场规模达到313.58亿元,硫酸氢氯吡格雷片销售额位居首位,替格瑞洛片以68.95%的增速成为增长最快的抗血栓药物。替格瑞洛作为新型抗血栓药物在国内市场份额提升迅速。氯吡格雷的市场增速虽然逐年放缓,但销售额依然领先。国内抗血栓药物研发多以仿制药为主,进入临床阶段的新药较少,主要作用机制是抗血小板药和抗凝血药物。Thrombosis is a kind of serious harm to human health and life safety. Because of the high morbidity, disability and mortality, thrombosis has been attracted more and more attention. Clinical treatment of thrombotic disease drugs are mainly anti-platelet drugs and anti-coagulant drugs. The global market for antithrombotic drugs reached $23.5 billion in 2017. The rivaroxaban tablets, developed by Bayer/JNJ, ranked among the top 10 best-selling drugs in the world with an annual revenue of $6.529 billion. Sales of terminal antithrombotic drugs in China’s public medical institutions have maintained a continuous growth trend since 2013. The market sale were 31.358 billion yuan in 2018, and the sales volume of clopidogrel hydrochloride tablets ranked the first, and ticagrelor became the fastest growing antithrombotic drugs with a growth rate of 68.95%. As a new anti-thrombotic drug, domestic market share of the ticagrelor increased rapidly. Although the market growth rate of clopidogrel slowed down year by year, sales were still ahead. Most of the domestic anti-thrombotic drugs are mainly generic drugs, and few new drugs have entered the clinical stage. The main mechanism of research are mainly focus on anti-platelet drugs and anti-coagulant drugs.
